We serve specialty manufacturers, door shops, millwork companies, wholesale building material suppliers and more, offering a comprehensive range of styles and sizes designed to meet the needs of the residential construction and remodeling industries.Who We NeedWe're looking for a detail-oriented Office &amp; Operations Assistant to support our front desk and warehouse operations in North Dallas. The ideal candidate is:<ul><li>Reliable and punctual, providing consistent presence at the office and warehouse</li><li>Friendly and professional when greeting visitors, answering calls and emails</li><li>Flexible and organized, able to juggle office and warehouse tasks</li><li>Naturally comfortable navigating computer systems, software, and learning new tools quickly</li></ul>Core ResponsibilitiesFor office administration:<ul><li>Manage the front desk during business hours</li><li>Answer phones and respond to general inquiries</li><li>Assist in tracking bills and invoices</li><li>Maintain office supplies and inventory</li></ul>For warehouse operations support:<ul><li>Assist with shipping and receiving</li><li>Track inventory and update records in our system</li><li>Verify shipment accuracy and documentation</li><li>Data entry and record-keeping</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1-3 years office/warehouse experience preferred</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas)</li><li>Strong written and verbal English; Spanish proficiency is a plus</li><li>Able to perform light physical work (lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally)</li><li>Note: This role is subject to background and reference checks.</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have working in an office, warehouse, or operations support role?</li><li>Are you able to reliably commute to our North Dallas office and work a consistent weekday schedule during standard business hours, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM?</li><li>Do you have experience using Microsoft Excel, including filters, basic formulas, and pivot tables?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
