Founded in 2001, Apollo Building Products, Inc. is a leading independent wholesale provider of decorative and commodity door glass inserts (doorlites), pre-hung fiberglass entry door systems, and related components. We serve specialty manufacturers, door shops, millwork companies, wholesale building material suppliers and more, offering a comprehensive range of styles and sizes designed to meet the needs of the residential construction and remodeling industries.
Who We Need
We're looking for a detail-oriented Office & Operations Assistant to support our front desk and warehouse operations in North Dallas. The ideal candidate is:
- Reliable and punctual, providing consistent presence at the office and warehouse
- Friendly and professional when greeting visitors, answering calls and emails
- Flexible and organized, able to juggle office and warehouse tasks
- Naturally comfortable navigating computer systems, software, and learning new tools quickly
Core Responsibilities
For office administration:
- Manage the front desk during business hours
- Answer phones and respond to general inquiries
- Assist in tracking bills and invoices
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
For warehouse operations support:
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Track inventory and update records in our system
- Verify shipment accuracy and documentation
- Data entry and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years office/warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas)
- Strong written and verbal English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Able to perform light physical work (lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
