Treatment Plan &amp; Revenue CoordinationCoordinate between dentist, patient, and front office on treatment plansExplain treatment costs, packages, and payment options clearlyFollow up on pending treatments and incomplete casesTrack case acceptance ratio and work to improve conversionsSupport dentists in closing high-value procedures (RCT, crowns, implants)3. Billing, Insurance &amp; DocumentationEnsure accurate billing as per treatment providedCoordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals and documentationMaintain patient records, consent forms, and treatment notesEnsure compliance with clinic and legal guidelines4. Doctor &amp; Chair-Side CoordinationAssist dentists in managing daily schedules and chair utilizationEnsure availability of required instruments and materials before proceduresCoordinate between doctors, assistants, and lab techniciansManage lab work follow-ups (crowns, aligners, dentures)5. Marketing &amp; Patient RetentionSupport in dental camps, promotions, and referral programsCall patients for recall, reviews, and preventive checkupsEducate patients on oral hygiene plans and preventive packagesEncourage Google reviews and referrals6.Assisting senior dentistJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
