Dental coordinator / Assistant Dentist

1. Patient Coordination & Experience

Welcome patients and ensure smooth check-in and check-out

Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and do follow-ups

Schedule, reschedule, and manage dentist appointments efficiently

Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback politely

Reduce patient waiting time and improve overall patient satisfaction

2. Treatment Plan & Revenue Coordination

Coordinate between dentist, patient, and front office on treatment plans

Explain treatment costs, packages, and payment options clearly

Follow up on pending treatments and incomplete cases

Track case acceptance ratio and work to improve conversions

Support dentists in closing high-value procedures (RCT, crowns, implants)

3. Billing, Insurance & Documentation

Ensure accurate billing as per treatment provided

Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals and documentation

Maintain patient records, consent forms, and treatment notes

Ensure compliance with clinic and legal guidelines

4. Doctor & Chair-Side Coordination

Assist dentists in managing daily schedules and chair utilization

Ensure availability of required instruments and materials before procedures

Coordinate between doctors, assistants, and lab technicians

Manage lab work follow-ups (crowns, aligners, dentures)

5. Marketing & Patient Retention

Support in dental camps, promotions, and referral programs

Call patients for recall, reviews, and preventive checkups

Educate patients on oral hygiene plans and preventive packages

Encourage Google reviews and referrals

6.Assisting senior dentist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
