Please Read The JD to understand the work flow and salary will be given based on your experience and KnowledgeRole Summary:Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring statutory and healthcare compliance, and providing legal support across healthcare, research, and regulatory operations.Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).</li><li>Exposure or specialization in Medical Law / Healthcare Law preferred.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements and MoUs.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical negligence, fraud, informed consent, bioethics, IPR, Data Privacy &amp; Protection, and confidentiality related to pharmaceutical research and advanced healthcare technologies.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.</li><li>Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Identify and mitigate legal risks.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain legal documentation and records.</li><li>Monitor contractual obligations and timelines.</li><li>Support dispute resolution when required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and stakeholder management capability.</li></ul>Compensation and package: Based on experience and knowledgeJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
