Role Summary:

Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring statutory and healthcare compliance, and providing legal support across healthcare, research, and regulatory operations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Exposure or specialization in Medical Law / Healthcare Law preferred.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements and MoUs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical negligence, fraud, informed consent, bioethics, IPR, Data Privacy & Protection, and confidentiality related to pharmaceutical research and advanced healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain legal documentation and records.
  • Monitor contractual obligations and timelines.
  • Support dispute resolution when required.

Compensation and package: Based on experience and knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
