The General Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing various dental conditions, providing routine dental care, and promoting overall oral health. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of dental skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Examinations and diagnosis: Perform comprehensive dental exams and identify dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and other oral health concerns.</li><li>Preventive care: Provide professional cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to prevent dental problems.</li><li>Restorative procedures: Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals to restore damaged or decayed teeth.</li><li>Extractions: Perform tooth extractions and manage post-operative care.</li><li>Cosmetic dentistry: Provide cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening, veneers, and bonding to enhance the appearance of patients' smiles.</li><li>Patient education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle habits that contribute to long-term dental health.</li><li>Treatment planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and coordinate with specialists when needed.</li><li>Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>Emergency care: Provide immediate care for dental emergencies, including pain management and treatment of trauma.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).</li><li>Licensing: Valid dental license to practice in Bengaluru Karnataka</li><li>Experience: Proven experience as a General Dentist with the ability to perform a wide range of dental procedures.</li><li>Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.</li><li>Patient Care: Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with digital radiography and dental software (e.g., EMR).</li><li>Ability to manage anxious or fearful patients with empathy and care.</li><li>Continuing education or training in advanced dental procedures.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Environment: Clinical setting with modern equipment to provide high-quality dental care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
