About the Role:
Core responsibilities

• Patient care:

Provide direct patient care, including medication therapy management, and assess patients' health status.

• Medication management:

Review prescriptions, monitor patient progress and response to therapy, and make adjustments as needed.

• Collaboration:

Work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication plans.

• Patient education:

Educate patients on how to use their medications safely and effectively, including dosage instructions and potential side effects.

• Information and support:

Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug information.

• Administrative tasks:

Perform tasks such as verifying prescriptions, monitoring drug interactions, and maintaining medication records.

• Manage inventory, including procurement, storage, and expiry checks of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards.
