Role OverviewFroggyTalk, an innovative platform providing communication &amp; integeration solutions for Africans in diaspora is looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in AI tools and system integration to join our core product team. You will lead the design and development of FroggyTalk&rsquo;s new AI-powered solution, Train LLM, integrate language models, speech recognition, translation, and intelligent workflows into a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop AI-driven web and mobile applications and backend systems that power FroggyTalk&rsquo;s AI solutions.</li><li>Build, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) on domain-specific immigration, policy, information and communication datasets.</li><li>Create and optimize AI pipelines for data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.</li><li>Integrate LLMs and AI models into production using APIs, vector databases, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).</li><li>Develop Microservices and APIs (Python/FastAPI/Node.js) for intelligent conversation, translation, and automation features.</li><li>Architect secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, SageMaker, Lambda, RDS, S3, Bedrock).</li><li>Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React/Next.js.</li><li>Apply prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement strategies for accuracy and performance.</li><li>Ensure systems are optimised for multilingual, real-time user interactions.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with focus on AI, delivering scalable, secure production systems.</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript.</li><li>Proven track record of building and integrating AI/ML systems, including LLMs, NLP pipelines, speech recognition, or recommendation engines.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs such as OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AWS Bedrock, and Hugging Face.</li><li>Solid background in AWS cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and serverless or microservice-based design.</li><li>Proficient in REST/GraphQL API design, software scalability, and system security best practices.</li><li>Strong database knowledge across SQL (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) technologies.</li><li>Excellent understanding of system design principles and modern application architectures.</li><li>Experience deploying retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).</li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>The chance to shape a next-generation AI integration platform from the ground up</li><li>Fully remote and flexible work culture</li><li>Collaborative, global, innovation-driven environment</li><li>Continuous learning opportunities in AI/ML and emerging technologies</li><li>Stock options are a possibility.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;85,000.00 - E&pound;110,000.00 per month
