About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital initiatives and drive business growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in multiple areas of digital marketing, and the ability to manage a large, diverse team including SEO, SMO, PPC, ORM, Content, and Design professionals. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, people management, and client communication skills.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<br>
<b>Leadership &amp; Strategy -</b><br>
<ul><li>Define and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team (SEO, SMO, PPC, ORM, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, etc.).
</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to align digital marketing with overall business goals.
</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, performance, and accountability within the team.
</li></ul><br>
<b>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management -</b><br>
<ul><li>Act as the key point of contact for client communication, ensuring clarity, transparency, and satisfaction.
</li><li>Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and tailoring digital strategies accordingly.
</li><li>Present customized campaign reports, performance insights, and growth opportunities to clients and leadership.
</li></ul><br>
<b>Campaign Planning &amp; Execution -</b><br>
<ul><li>Oversee and guide the execution of digital campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, ORM, and Content Marketing.
</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, ensuring delivery of measurable results (KPIs, ROI, conversions).
</li><li>Continuously optimize strategies using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
 </li></ul><br>
<b>Analytics &amp; Reporting -</b><br>
<ul><li>Develop and deliver customized digital marketing reports covering all aspects of campaigns.
</li><li>Analyze data from multiple platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager, GSC, etc.) to derive actionable insights.</li><li>Establish benchmarks, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions for underperforming campaigns.

<b>Team &amp; People Management -</b><br>
<ul><li>Manage, coach, and evaluate senior team members, ensuring professional growth and performance excellence.
</li><li>Handle resource planning, workload distribution, and performance reviews.
</li><li>Encourage collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning across the team.

Strong expertise across all digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, ORM, Content, Email, and Analytics.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior-level professionals.
</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
</li><li>Proven experience in <b>strategic planning, client communication, and customized reporting.</b>
