As part of the team, you will be required to perform the following duties:</p><ul><li>Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner</li><li>Accept customer motorcycles and determine customer&rsquo;s serving needs</li><li>Communicate job status to customers</li><li>Assist customers with all parts and accessories purchases including offering additional product that may compliment the customers current purchase</li><li>Accept payment for merchandise purchases and keep cash register and inventory accurate</li><li>Above all, create an excellent service experience for customers</li></ul><p>
This is a front line sales position that requires excellent customer service skills and the willingness to learn. Valid motorcycle license and prior parts and/or service experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidate must be able to work days, evenings, and weekend hours.
