Parts & Service Specialist

Appalachian Harley-Davidson is searching for qualified candidates for a full time Parts & Service Specialist. As part of the team, you will be required to perform the following duties:

• Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Accept customer motorcycles and determine customer’s serving needs
• Communicate job status to customers
• Assist customers with all parts and accessories purchases including offering additional product that may compliment the customers current purchase
• Accept payment for merchandise purchases and keep cash register and inventory accurate
• Above all, create an excellent service experience for customers

This is a front line sales position that requires excellent customer service skills and the willingness to learn. Valid motorcycle license and prior parts and/or service experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidate must be able to work days, evenings, and weekend hours.
