<div></div><div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and be comfortable managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and day-to-day employee support.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time through ADP.</li><li>
Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.</li><li>
Manage 401(k) plan administration, including enrollments and compliance reporting.</li><li>
Handle safety and compliance reporting (Workers&rsquo; Compensation, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and vehicle incident reporting).</li><li>
Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding support.</li><li>
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>
Provide support to employees regarding HR-related questions and policies.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multi-functional role.</li><li>
Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration required.</li><li>
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (DOT, OSHA, FMCSA) strongly preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with 401(k) administration and reporting.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
