Part-Time HR Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and be comfortable managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and day-to-day employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time through ADP.

  • Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

  • Manage 401(k) plan administration, including enrollments and compliance reporting.

  • Handle safety and compliance reporting (Workers’ Compensation, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and vehicle incident reporting).

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding support.

  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related questions and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multi-functional role.

  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration required.

  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (DOT, OSHA, FMCSA) strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with 401(k) administration and reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
