We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and be comfortable managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and day-to-day employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time through ADP.
Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
Manage 401(k) plan administration, including enrollments and compliance reporting.
Handle safety and compliance reporting (Workers’ Compensation, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and vehicle incident reporting).
Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding support.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide support to employees regarding HR-related questions and policies.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multi-functional role.
Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration required.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (DOT, OSHA, FMCSA) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with 401(k) administration and reporting.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
