WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a Freelance Brand Designer who can balance creativity with precision. You’ll know you’re the right fit if:

You have 1–2 years of experience in brand or graphic design (freelance or in-house).
You bring a strong visual eye and are passionate about branding, storytelling, and crafting meaningful experiences.
You’re meticulous with details, from typography and grids to color and photography.
You thrive on collaboration but can also manage projects independently.
You’re adaptable, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You feel inspired by Japanese culture and wellness aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Freelance Brand Designer, you will:

Design & Brand Development (50%)

Create and edit digital assets for social media, email, website, and ads.
Support brand development through print design, packaging, and marketing materials.
Maintain consistency across photography, graphics, typography, and color.

Campaign & Content Creation (30%)

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals for campaign concepts.
Edit photography, video, and digital content for e-commerce and social channels.
Build and manage a library of on-brand creative assets.

Collaboration & Strategy (20%)

Contribute to evolving our visual identity and user experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative on time.
Prepare production-ready files and ensure designs meet quality standards.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

A skilled designer with a strong portfolio - clickable link is required! (*_applications without one will not be considered!_*)
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to feedback.
Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to take on a variety of design challenges.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video editing experience preferred.
Ability to color-correct photography and design across multiple formats.
Passionate about branding, storytelling, and crafting meaningful visual experiences
Love for tea and interest in Japanese culture.

NOTE: This is a 6-month contract with an opportunity to become a long-term freelancer after successful completion. We value professionals who seek a long-term relationship. Reliability, teamwork, and trust are core to our team culture.
