Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Oversee website development and ensure its functionality, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
• Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other marketing materials to enhance brand identity and drive engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Qualifications: (Not required but preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing, web development, social media marketing, and graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Experience in Solidworks is a plus.
