Job Title: Senior Lab Technician/ Lab In charge<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day functioning of the laboratory and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Supervise laboratory technicians, phlebotomists, and support staff.</li><li>Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting of test results.</li><li>Monitor sample collection, labeling, processing, and documentation protocols.</li><li>Maintain calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance checks of lab equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with NABL / Quality Standards / Safety &amp; Infection Control guidelines.</li><li>Maintain inventory of reagents, consumables, and ensure optimal stock levels.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments for lab-related requirements.</li><li>Review and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality control documentation.</li><li>Train and guide team members on lab workflows, safety procedures, and quality processes.</li><li>Ensure proper waste management and adherence to Biomedical Waste Management rules.</li><li>Handle vendor coordination, purchase requisitions, and service support schedules.</li><li>Monitor TAT (Turn-Around Time) and continuously work on process improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>B.Sc / M.Sc in Medical Lab Technology or DMLT.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in laboratory operations (hospital experience preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of Quality Control, NABL documentation, and lab automation systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Laboratory Management</li><li>Quality Assurance &amp; NABL Standards</li><li>Team Leadership</li><li>Equipment Handling &amp; Maintenance</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication Skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>LAB TECHNICIAN: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Indore District, Madhya Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations on the hospital floor, enhancing patient care, and coordinating between departments to improve the overall experience for patients, families, and staff.
