The role focuses on improving patient care standards, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting professional growth across nursing teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, develop, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs for nursing staff.</li><li>Conduct clinical skill assessments and competency evaluations.</li><li>Design educational materials, SOPs, and training modules as per hospital policies and accreditation standards.</li><li>Support implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.</li><li>Monitor training effectiveness and maintain education records and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with Nursing Superintendent, HR, and clinical departments for training needs.</li><li>Assist in NABH/quality audits related to nursing education and compliance.</li><li>Mentor nurses to improve clinical performance, communication, and patient safety standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (Education/Clinical specialty preferred).</li><li>Valid Nursing Council registration.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; teaching/training experience preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control practices.</li><li>Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital systems).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul>Work Location &amp; Travel This role is based in Indore.
