Looking for an Accounting background and able to jump right in with QuickBooks and Collections. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills and grow within a vibrant organization committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and route messages promptly.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading.</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with meeting preparations.</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining office equipment.</li><li>Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Assist with clerical tasks including typing correspondence, managing Google Workspace documents, and supporting data entry projects.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.</li><li>Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a bonus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
