Position: Office Administrative AssistantLocation: Tucker, GA Wage: $18-20.00/hr Hours: On-call every other weekend with company phone for assistance10:00-5:00 5 days per week with 30 min lunch breaksPayday: Bi-weekly Travel: Some travel required (Normally to perform background checks, package and/or office supply pick ups. No more than 10-15 miles)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Care:</li><li>Assist management with client intakes, assessments, and wellness visits.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, families, care partners, and referral sources for satisfaction.</li><li>Onboarding:</li><li>Assist with background checks, orientations, and new hire paperwork.</li><li>Manage client and caregiver schedules and ensure good caregiver-client matches.</li><li>Enter shifts into proprietary scheduling software and provide coaching to caregivers.</li><li>Clerical:</li><li>Perform office tasks like filing and answering phones.</li><li>Maintain databases for clients and employees.</li><li>Use mid-level to advanced Microsoft Office tools for day-to-day tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of computer navigation and be technology savyy.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in home care, administrative assisting, schedule management, and office assisting.</li><li>Proven background in care management, particularly with geriatric populations.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Valid driver's license and auto insurance.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Traits:<ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Independent, organized, and self-motivated with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.</li><li>Able to communicate clearly with patients over the telephone and in person.</li><li>Resolve any medical-administrative problems and keep lines of communication open with staff to ensure high employee morale and a professional, healthful clinic atmosphere</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE LEADING EDGE:&middot; Bachelor's in business administration, healthcare administration, Human Resource Management or related fields&middot; Familiar with basic medical terminology, insurance company operating procedures, regulations, billing requirements and government reimbursement programs.&middot; Able to recognize, analyze and prioritize problems; experience with process improvement theories.&middot; Displays an outgoing, warm, and helpful attitudeThis role is well-suited for someone with previous experience in administrative roles, especially in healthcare or home care settings.
