Product Manager &ndash; LMS &amp; Platform (Remote, Full-Time)About BFS &amp; CogMiraBFS is a product-first software and consulting company, www.bfsx.ai, that builds mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-powered solutions for both its own products and external startups. We work closely with founders and teams to co-build products, not just deliver features.One of our core in-house products is CogMira www.cogmira.com, a modern LMS platform that has been actively developed for the past 3 months and is already in live use. Internal courses are running, real users are onboard, and the product is entering a growth phase.In the next 3 months, we will onboard 2&ndash;3 B2B partners, each bringing new requirements, course structures, and scaling needs.We are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of CogMira&rsquo;s product evolution.The RoleThis role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and partnerships.You will not be starting from scratch. CogMira is a live product with active users, existing flows, dashboards, and technical decisions already in place. Your main focus will be:<ul><li>Understanding the current system deeply</li><li>Improving and extending it in a scalable way</li><li>Fixing real bugs reported by real users</li><li>Turning partner and business needs into clear product decisions</li></ul>This is a cross-functional, hands-on product role with real ownership.What You Will Do<ul><li>Own and evolve the product roadmap for CogMira</li><li>Work closely with B2B partners to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements</li><li>Collect, analyze, and prioritize partner and internal requests</li><li>Decide what becomes a core product feature, a customization, or stays out of scope</li><li>Collaborate daily with the development team lead on task tracking, priorities, and feasibility</li><li>Plan and manage sprints, balancing bugs, improvements, and new features</li><li>Shape features, flows, and UX decisions (design iterations are often done via prompts and staging environments such as Vercel)</li><li>Review staging environments and ensure features are ready for release</li><li>Continuously improve existing dashboards, flows, and user experience rather than building isolated features</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a product-heavy Business Development role</li><li>Strong interest in product development and technology, not only management</li><li>Experience working closely with software development teams</li><li>Solid understanding of how software products are built (frontend, backend, integrations, environments)</li><li>You don&rsquo;t need to code, but you must understand how things work and ask the right questions</li><li>Ability to prioritize under constraints and make trade-off decisions</li><li>Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment</li><li>Clear written communication skills (tickets, specs, documentation)</li><li>Fluent English (mandatory)</li><li>German is a strong plus, as parts of the platform and courses are designed in German</li></ul>How We Work<ul><li>Full-time, fully remote</li><li>International development team</li><li>Flat hierarchy, direct access to decision-makers</li><li>High ownership and responsibility</li><li>Focus on real product impact rather than process for the sake of process</li></ul>Hiring Process<ul><li>CV + short motivation letter</li><li>Short case study focused on product thinking and prioritization</li><li>Interview focused on product, system understanding, and decision-making</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A live, growing product with real users</li><li>Direct ownership over product decisions</li><li>The opportunity to shape an LMS platform during its scaling phase</li><li>Competitive salary in EUR</li><li>A role where your decisions directly affect the product and its users</li></ul>If you are excited about working on a real product, making real decisions, and operating at the intersection of product, technology, and partnerships, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: 50,000.00TRY - 150,000.00TRY per month
