Product Manager – LMS & Platform (Remote, Full-Time)About BFS & CogMira
BFS is a product-first software and consulting company, www.bfsx.ai, that builds mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-powered solutions for both its own products and external startups. We work closely with founders and teams to co-build products, not just deliver features.
One of our core in-house products is CogMira www.cogmira.com, a modern LMS platform that has been actively developed for the past 3 months and is already in live use.
Internal courses are running, real users are onboard, and the product is entering a growth phase.In the next 3 months, we will onboard 2–3 B2B partners, each bringing new requirements, course structures, and scaling needs.
We are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of CogMira’s product evolution.
The Role
This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and partnerships.
You will not be starting from scratch. CogMira is a live product with active users, existing flows, dashboards, and technical decisions already in place. Your main focus will be:
- Understanding the current system deeply
- Improving and extending it in a scalable way
- Fixing real bugs reported by real users
- Turning partner and business needs into clear product decisions
This is a cross-functional, hands-on product role with real ownership.
What You Will Do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for CogMira
- Work closely with B2B partners to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize partner and internal requests
- Decide what becomes a core product feature, a customization, or stays out of scope
- Collaborate daily with the development team lead on task tracking, priorities, and feasibility
- Plan and manage sprints, balancing bugs, improvements, and new features
- Shape features, flows, and UX decisions (design iterations are often done via prompts and staging environments such as Vercel)
- Review staging environments and ensure features are ready for release
- Continuously improve existing dashboards, flows, and user experience rather than building isolated features
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a product-heavy Business Development role
- Strong interest in product development and technology, not only management
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Solid understanding of how software products are built (frontend, backend, integrations, environments)
- You don’t need to code, but you must understand how things work and ask the right questions
- Ability to prioritize under constraints and make trade-off decisions
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
- Clear written communication skills (tickets, specs, documentation)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- German is a strong plus, as parts of the platform and courses are designed in German
