Apptricity Corporation, the global leader in real-time enterprise asset, inventory, field services, and spend management technology, is currently seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager &ndash; Work Order Management Software to join our fast-growing company.The Senior Product Manager &ndash; Work Order Management will be responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned platform products from definition, development, release to production and introduction into the marketplace. This position involves close interaction with Development, Product Stakeholders, and Marketing to fully understand product/marketing needs. Job duties include gathering requirements from various stakeholders including executive team, sales, marketing, and current customers, writing product requirements documents and Agile product backlogs, The ideal candidate will have SaaS and Enterprise product management experience. This role will report to the Director of Product Management.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the Product Owner for our Scrum Team, owning the backlog and roadmap for our Work Order Management product</li><li>Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals</li><li>Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, data, and business impact</li><li>Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time</li><li>Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs</li><li>Analyze product metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance</li><li>Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches</li><li>Act as the voice of the customer internally</li><li>Present the product backlog to executive leadership to help determine the product strategy</li></ul>Must have skills/education/experience: <ul><li>3-5 years working with Work Order Management, CMMS, or Field Service Management software</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technically Equivalent Degree</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role, Product Owner, Product Analyst</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver through relationships at all levels of the organization, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Significant experience in software product marketing, marketing management, development and/or life cycle management</li><li>Significant knowledge of SAAS and the SDLC</li></ul>Nice to have skills/education/experience:<ul><li>Pragmatic Marketing Certification</li><li>Experience leading product webinars</li><li>Experience creating product demonstration videos</li><li>Experience training customers and internal employees on how to use</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll GainBenefits<ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance</li><li>401(k) plan</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul>Onsite Perks<ul><li>A relaxed dress code &ndash; dress for your day!</li><li>Onsite gym at our Irving, TX office</li><li>Healthy snacks provided daily</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation: On-site in Irving, TXSchedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Who We AreApptricity Corporation is the Global Leader in delivering Real-Time Enterprise SaaS Solutions for Enterprise Asset, Inventory, Field Services and Spend Management.
