Job description :We are looking for a caring and responsible Nursing Sister to join our team. The role includes patient care, assisting doctors and senior nurses, maintaining medical records, and ensuring NABH standards are followed. Major roles - patients, and take part in training and quality improvement for better growth.Nursing Staff with (B.Sc (or) GNM (or) ANM Qualifications is mandatorySTAFF NURSE &ndash; Roles &amp; ResponsibilitiesRequirements:<ul><li>Female candidate preferred</li><li>Age: 20 &ndash; 35 years</li><li>Must reside within 5 km radius of Kharadi</li><li>Immediate joiner</li></ul>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide basic patient care and support</li><li>Assist doctors and senior nurses</li><li>Monitor and record patient vital signs</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated patient records</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient area</li><li>Observe and report changes in patient condition</li><li>Record and monitor readings from medical devices</li><li>Ensure staff follow their assigned duties</li><li>Take ownership of patient care and ward management</li><li>Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability</li><li>Follow hospital policies and infection control protocols</li><li>Adhere to NABH standards in all nursing practices</li><li>Ensure documentation and reporting as per NABH guidelines</li><li>Promote continuous quality improvement in line with NABH requirements</li><li>Conduct and participate in nursing training programs</li><li>Provide ongoing education and skill development for nursing staff</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;24,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>If selected, how soon you can join us ?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>ANM or GNM Registration (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
