Job description :

We are looking for a caring and responsible Nursing Sister to join our team. The role includes patient care, assisting doctors and senior nurses, maintaining medical records, and ensuring NABH standards are followed. Major roles - patients, and take part in training and quality improvement for better growth.

Nursing Staff with (B.Sc (or) GNM (or) ANM Qualifications is mandatory

STAFF NURSE – Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Age: 20 – 35 years
• Must reside within 5 km radius of Kharadi
• Immediate joiner

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care and support
• Assist doctors and senior nurses
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient area
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Record and monitor readings from medical devices
• Ensure staff follow their assigned duties
• Take ownership of patient care and ward management
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability
• Follow hospital policies and infection control protocols
• Adhere to NABH standards in all nursing practices
• Ensure documentation and reporting as per NABH guidelines
• Promote continuous quality improvement in line with NABH requirements
• Conduct and participate in nursing training programs
• Provide ongoing education and skill development for nursing staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
