 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the English-speaking telesales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor KPIs, call quality, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track team performance, identify gaps, and implement effective action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting discipline, and process compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Recruitment and Training teams to support team growth and development.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience leading an English-speaking telesales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly energetic, hands-on, and target-driven.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
