Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance performance.

Drive the closure of high-value deals and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Job Requirements

Proven experience in direct sales.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales team leader role.

B2B sales experience is a must.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.

Excellent customer service orientation with a proven ability to handle client needs effectively.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
