Bing Chun Food &amp; Beverages (Private) Limited serves as the official Pakistan headquarters, currently expanding rapidly through a franchise model starting from Islamabad.Bing Chun Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is currently looking for energetic, customer-focused, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team to ensure every franchise shop meets the high standards of the Bing Chun brand across Pakistan.Position 1: Bartender / BaristaJob Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.</li><li>Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.</li><li>Follow food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Operate POS/cash handling procedures when required.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a caf&eacute;, restaurant, or beverage outlet will be preferred.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.</li><li>Positive attitude and professional appearance</li></ul>Position 2: Bar HelperJob Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Bartender in beverage preparation.</li><li>Clean and organize workstations, equipment, and utensils.</li><li>Refill ingredients and maintain stock levels.</li><li>Wash glasses and serving equipment.</li><li>Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.</li><li>Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Physically fit and willing to learn.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Bing Chun Pakistan (Pvt.)
