Job Title: Operations Manager Company: Oriental City Home International Hotel (SMC-Private) Limited, F-8 Markaz, IslamabadOriental City Home International Hotel (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with company standards.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, coordinating with department heads, and improving overall performance while maintaining high guest satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments within the hotel and bring guests and customers from different organizations. The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to optimize hotel operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and foster relationships with organizations to drive business growth.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including hotel, caf&eacute;, restaurant, Health Club, and others, to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies that maximize efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality service and uphold the hotel's reputation.</li><li>Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the hotel's commitment to excellence.</li><li>Foster a positive work culture and provide guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional development and growth.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations management experience in Islamabad, preferably with experience in a reputable large-scale hotel.</li><li>Education should be minimum Bachelors.</li><li>Proven track record of leadership and success in managing hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure under pressure.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to excellence, integrity, and accountability, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.</li><li>Competitive salary package offered, commensurate with experience.</li></ul>Note:Candidates with previous experience in hotel business are encourage to apply.How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for the position to hr@pkorient.com.
