Bing Chun Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is currently looking for energetic, customer-focused, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team to ensure every franchise shop meets the high standards of the Bing Chun brand across Pakistan.

Position 1: Bartender / Barista

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate POS/cash handling procedures when required.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or beverage outlet will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Position 2: Bar Helper

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Bartender in beverage preparation.
• Clean and organize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Refill ingredients and maintain stock levels.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment.
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
