Zozo Coffee is looking for an experienced Head Barista & Café Operations Lead to lead our coffee operations, establish beverage standards, and build a high-performing barista team from the ground up. Candidates based in Multan who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily café and barista operations
• Develop and standardize coffee recipes and beverage menus
• Create signature and seasonal beverages
• Recruit, train, mentor, and expand the barista team
• Ensure consistent coffee quality, presentation, and customer experience
• Manage inventory, coffee beans, equipment, and stock control
• Maintain hygiene, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Monitor beverage costing and operational efficiency
• Support the growth and overall success of the café

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a café or specialty coffee environment
• Experience with Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Costa Coffee, Gloria Jean's, or similar premium café brands preferred
• Strong expertise in espresso-based beverages, manual brewing, and beverage menu development
• Proven experience hiring, training, and leading barista teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be based in Multan or willing to relocate immediately
• Available for immediate joining
