Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and operational standards within the beverage station.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
• Report inventory shortages and equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle customer requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the beverage station.
• Work closely with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team spirit.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
