Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in office management, customer service, and financial recordkeeping within a supportive team.Duties<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using MyCase, including invoicing, expense tracking, and account reconciliation</li><li>Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing exceptional customer support</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and administrative files</li><li>Support office management by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence</li><li>Assist with data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette, email communication, and in-person interactions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience with accounting software for bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Strong office management skills with prior administrative or clerical experience</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Ability to operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese are required</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and proofreading</li><li>Experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated customer service expertise with good phone etiquette and support skills</li></ul>Join our team to be part of a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will make a real difference.
