From prototyping to final testing, we pride ourselves on quality, innovation, and delivering hassle-free, exceptional service to our OEM partners.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our electronic assemblies, components, and finished products meet strict quality and regulatory standards. You will play a vital role in identifying defects, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect &amp; Test: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, mechanical assemblies, and finished electronic products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).</li><li>Manage Defects: Identify, document, and report defects using quality databases and physical forms (e.g., Trouble Sheets, Travelers).</li><li>Improve Processes: Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.</li><li>Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with industry standards (like ISO 9001) and assist with internal and external audits.</li><li>Train &amp; Communicate: Educate production personnel, assist in training Quality Inspector 1 employees, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Preferred: Experience with Department of Defense (DOD), Class 3, and First Article inspections; familiarity with ISO 9001 and electronic manufacturing standards.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent with proven experience in Quality Control/Assurance.</li><li>Experience utilizing precision measurement tools and Quality Management Systems (QMS).</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication abilities.</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>DoD Inspection: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Class 3 Inspection: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>First Article Inspection: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
