The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our electronic assemblies, components, and finished products meet strict quality and regulatory standards. You will play a vital role in identifying defects, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect & Test: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, mechanical assemblies, and finished electronic products using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Manage Defects: Identify, document, and report defects using quality databases and physical forms (e.g., Trouble Sheets, Travelers).
• Improve Processes: Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with industry standards (like ISO 9001) and assist with internal and external audits.
• Train & Communicate: Educate production personnel, assist in training Quality Inspector 1 employees, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience with Department of Defense (DOD), Class 3, and First Article inspections; familiarity with ISO 9001 and electronic manufacturing standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent with proven experience in Quality Control/Assurance.
• Experience utilizing precision measurement tools and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication abilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
