Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience.</li><li>
Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences.</li><li>
Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families.</li><li>
Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service.</li></ul>

Aquatics ManagerAqua-Tots Swim School OmahaPosition SummaryThe Aquatics Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing aquatic operations, developing swim instructors, and ensuring safe, high-quality lesson delivery.
