Aquatics Manager

Position Summary
The Aquatics Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing aquatic operations, developing swim instructors, and ensuring safe, high-quality lesson delivery. This role partners with the General Manager to build a strong team, maintain Aqua-Tots standards, and create a positive, growth-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop swim instructors and MWSIs
- Oversee pool deck operations, safety, and lesson quality
- Train staff through co-teaching, in-services, and ongoing feedback
- Maintain curriculum consistency and high performance standards
- Support scheduling, staffing, and daily aquatic operations
- Handle staff and customer concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Managerial or leadership experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with children and developing others
- Ability to obtain Aqua-Tots certifications (AT-MWSI), CPR, and First Aid
Basic Requirements
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
Work Requirements
- Flexible schedule (evenings & weekends required)
- Ability to work pool, deck, and administrative shifts
- Ability to be in the water and on feet for extended periods

Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
