About the role</h2>
We design everything in-house &mdash; mechanical, industrial design, electronics, embedded software, IoT &mdash; but manufacture through contract manufacturers. That means your designs don't stay in CAD. They become thousands of physical products dispensing water, handling flavors, surviving daily use in offices and hotels across Europe.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll work independently on complex design problems, contribute to cross-functional decisions, and ship work that directly moves active product programs forward. Reporting to the VP of Engineering.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you'll own</h2><ul><li>
End-to-end design execution &mdash; from concept and trade-off analysis through detailed design, prototyping, and production-release documentation</li><li>
Aesthetics that survive manufacturing &mdash; translate CMF direction and design intent into manufacturable output; solve parting lines, sink marks, and draft angles in CAD, not on the production line</li><li>
DFM/DFA/DFS/DFC by default &mdash; injection molding, sheet metal, CNC machining, welding, finishing. You know what's manufacturable and what isn't</li><li>
Engineering validation &mdash; calculations, FEA, DFMEA, test-to-fail. You don't just design, you prove it works</li><li>
Technical documentation &mdash; detailed GD&amp;T drawings that communicate clearly with tooling suppliers, CMs, and assembly partners</li><li>
Fast prototyping &mdash; 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting. You build what you need to learn what you need, quickly</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
About you</h2>
Must-haves<ul><li>
4&ndash;7 years in mechanical or industrial design engineering for volume production hardware</li><li>
Strong SolidWorks proficiency &mdash; complex assemblies, configurations, production-ready models</li><li>
Hands-on manufacturing knowledge: injection molding, sheet metal, CNC, welding, powder coating, anodising</li><li>
Experience designing consumer-facing or premium products where aesthetics matter as much as function</li><li>
High-quality GD&amp;T technical drawings; FMEA and DFx applied throughout</li><li>
Stage-gate process experience with formal design reviews</li><li>
Fluent English (Dutch a plus)</li></ul>

About the role</h2>
As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our physical product flow, and one of the people who makes that flow smarter every week. You'll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to make sure our machines, spare parts, and consumables get where they need to go, on time and in full. But this role is more than keeping things moving, and you'll be doing hands-on execution as well as having the opportunity to think and improve process: spotting what's clunky, thinking ahead, and using our AI tools to improve your work and automate the repetitive stuff.
From resolving delivery issues and chasing shipments to reviewing order reports and proposing the next improvement, you're the go-to person who keeps things running and keeps making them better. It's a role with plenty of variety and ownership, and it comes with its fair share of small and big logistical puzzles to solve. Think: what's behind a series of failed deliveries, how can we cut lead times, or what report could we build so we catch this before it becomes a problem?
If you thrive on solving practical problems, working with different stakeholders, and aren't satisfied until the process itself is better, this role is for you.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you'll do</h2>
Keep the flow moving ( 60%)<ul><li>
Coordinate outbound logistics with our 3PL partners, tracking and chasing shipments, resolving exceptions, and keeping stakeholders informed</li><li>
Monitor orders and review order reports to confirm everything is being delivered according to plan &mdash; and jump on anything that isn't</li><li>
Follow up on delivery issues and manage the return/repair process together with our Supply Chain team</li><li>
Create shipments and, occasionally, pack and ship orders directly from our HQ</li><li>
Work closely with Supply Chain on inbound logistics and accurate stock management</li></ul>
Make it better ( 40%)<ul><li>
Spot opportunities to improve how we work &mdash; then think ahead and design the fix</li><li>
Use our existing AI tools to build and improve dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and turn order data into early-warning signals (you don't need to be a developer &mdash; you need to know what to build and how to direct the tools to build it)</li><li>
Monitor 3PL performance by gathering data, escalating issues when needed, and proposing improvements</li><li>
Own and drive small-to-medium operational improvement projects from idea to rollout</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
About you</h2>

HBO-level thinking and working experience</li><li>
1-3 years of experience and affinity with logistics and/or operations (or very eager to learn!)</li><li>
