Job Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join Aquaintech Inc.! As a member of the Aquaintech team, you&rsquo;ll work in a collaborative, dynamic environment where creativity and adaptability are valued. You will need to bring a creative and analytical mindset in your approach to creating and maintaining long-term business partnerships with stakeholders across the world. This is an in-person job with some flexibility for working hybrid.Duties<ul><li>Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify, connect with, and convert prospects into new business opportunities.</li><li>Develop and curate content designed to increase brand visibility, drive impressions, and generate leads.</li><li>Analyze content performance data to uncover key trends, develop measurement strategies, optimize for better results, and highlight opportunities for growth.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and monitor the progress of their orders or services.</li><li>Assist with organizing and managing documentation to keep processes up to date.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks and documentation to support team operations.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem</li><li>A deep understanding of the social media landscape including optimizing creative for content performance.</li><li>Strong communication skills: both written and verbal</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes</li><li>Ability to work independently as needed.</li></ul>Suggested Minimum qualifications:<ul><li>BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study OR equivalent years of experience.</li><li>1+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy and major issues facing their businesses.</li><li>1+ years in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
