Marketing Assistant

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join Aquaintech Inc.! As a member of the Aquaintech team, you’ll work in a collaborative, dynamic environment where creativity and adaptability are valued. You will need to bring a creative and analytical mindset in your approach to creating and maintaining long-term business partnerships with stakeholders across the world. This is an in-person job with some flexibility for working hybrid.

Duties

• Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify, connect with, and convert prospects into new business opportunities.
• Develop and curate content designed to increase brand visibility, drive impressions, and generate leads.
• Analyze content performance data to uncover key trends, develop measurement strategies, optimize for better results, and highlight opportunities for growth.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and monitor the progress of their orders or services.
• Assist with organizing and managing documentation to keep processes up to date.
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation to support team operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
• A deep understanding of the social media landscape including optimizing creative for content performance.
• Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Ability to work independently as needed.

Suggested Minimum qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study OR equivalent years of experience.
• 1+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy and major issues facing their businesses.
• 1+ years in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
