We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Associate to help grow our online sales of refurbished electronics. In this role, you’ll manage product listings, optimize online content, support fulfillment coordination, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across multiple marketplace platforms including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on eBay, Amazon, and Shopify, ensuring accurate content, keyword-rich descriptions, compelling titles, and adherence to platform policies.
- Use tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar to enhance product photos and create visually appealing content for listings, promotions, and online ads.
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility and drive traffic to product pages and website listings.
- Coordinate closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient fulfillment, and timely updates for incoming or out-of-stock items.
- Monitor pricing, availability, and competitive trends to avoid overselling and maintain margin targets.
- Track listing performance using analytics tools; make data-informed adjustments to improve conversion rates and visibility.
- Set up and manage marketplace promotions, sales events, and ad campaigns to drive sales and increase product exposure.
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle returns or escalations professionally, and support a strong online reputation through timely, helpful communication.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role (required)
- Able to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and/or Shopify
- Photo editing skills using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization for product listings
- Experience with or understanding of inventory management processes and tools
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings, deadlines, and updates simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data and performance metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
