 Network and cybersecurity platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) technology enablement
 </li>

 End‑user computing and IT Helpdesk services
 </li>
 <li>
 Vendor, contract, capacity, and cost management
 </li>
 <li>
 Infrastructure security, risk, and regulatory compliance
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Enterprise IT Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive IT and data center strategy aligned with business goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Infrastructure &amp; Technology Projects
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud migrations, data center upgrades, and network/security refreshes
 </li>
 <li>
 Define governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth transition from project to operations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Network &amp; Cybersecurity
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, cloud connectivity, and voice networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead network security architecture (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, segmentation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Data Center &amp; Disaster Recovery
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage primary and DR data centers, ensuring resilience and performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Govern infrastructure lifecycle, risks, and regulatory alignment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 End-User Services &amp; Helpdesk
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee EUC services including devices, software, and asset lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a high-performing IT Helpdesk aligned with SLAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement in service quality and user experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to IT policies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks and control gaps
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external audits
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Financial &amp; Vendor Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage infrastructure budgets (CapEx &amp; OpEx)
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize costs through standardization and capacity planning
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and develop multi-disciplinary IT teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on IT strategy and investments
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Security, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders

Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure Projects and Data Center

 AFS is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing &amp; Communications team.

 Key Responsibilities

 <li>
 Design creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media, presentations, campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop visually engaging content while maintaining brand consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the creation of marketing materials for product launches, promotions, and employer branding initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in basic video editing and multimedia content creation when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the Marketing &amp; Communications team to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and respond effectively to changing priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in graphic design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to balance corporate and creative design requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with GCC culture, business environment, and communication styles is a plus.
 </li>
