Scope of Responsibility
This role has
enterprise‑wide accountability
for:

Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) technology enablement

End‑user computing and IT Helpdesk services

Vendor, contract, capacity, and cost management

Infrastructure security, risk, and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise IT Leadership

Drive IT and data center strategy aligned with business goals
-
Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives
-
Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Infrastructure & Technology Projects
-
Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud migrations, data center upgrades, and network/security refreshes
-
Define governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management
-
Ensure smooth transition from project to operations
Network & Cybersecurity
-
Oversee LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, cloud connectivity, and voice networks
-
Lead network security architecture (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, segmentation)
-
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards
Data Center & Disaster Recovery
-
Manage primary and DR data centers, ensuring resilience and performance
-
Lead Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and improvements
-
Govern infrastructure lifecycle, risks, and regulatory alignment
End-User Services & Helpdesk
-
Oversee EUC services including devices, software, and asset lifecycle
-
Ensure a high-performing IT Helpdesk aligned with SLAs
-
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and user experience
Governance, Risk & Compliance

Ensure adherence to IT policies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks and control gaps
-
Support internal and external audits
Financial & Vendor Management
-
Manage infrastructure budgets (CapEx & OpEx)
-
Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance management
-
Optimize costs through standardization and capacity planning
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
-
Lead and develop multi-disciplinary IT teams
-
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on IT strategy and investments
-
Collaborate closely with Security, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders
