This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to earn competitive compensation with attractive commission structure.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales</li><li>Cold Calling: Conduct proactive cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities</li><li>Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales process</li><li>Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions</li><li>Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities</li><li>Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum intermediate education required</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably with US market exposure</li><li>Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation</li><li>Sales Track Record: Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite</li><li>Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience working with US-based clients or companies</li><li>Experience in Digital Marketing sales</li><li>Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices</li><li>Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Salary: PKR 80,000 per month</li><li>Attractive Commission: PKR 7,000-10,000 per successful sale</li><li>Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancement</li><li>Training: Comprehensive sales training and ongoing support</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Monday to Friday: [6:00 PM - 3:00 AM]</li><li>Full-time, on-site position</li></ul>Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
