Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the US market, excellent English communication skills, and a strong track record in lead conversion and cold calling. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales
• Cold Calling: Conduct proactive cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
• Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales process
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum intermediate education required
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably with US market exposure
• Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Sales Track Record: Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with US-based clients or companies
• Experience in Digital Marketing sales
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms
