Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, journal, and cash/bank vouchers</li><li>Handle hotel revenue accounting such as room revenue, F&amp;B revenue, banquets, and other outlets</li><li>Reconcile daily revenue reports with PMS, POS, and night audit reports</li><li>Process vendor bills, verify supporting documents, and prepare payment vouchers</li><li>Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports</li><li>Monitor accounts payable and receivable; follow up for pending payments</li><li>Handle petty cash management and daily cash reconciliation</li><li>Assist in payroll processing, attendance verification, and salary statements</li><li>Ensure timely statutory compliances such as TDS, GST, PF, ESIC (as applicable)</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required</li><li>Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and statutory records</li><li>Support annual audits and internal audits</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent</li><li>Accounting certification/course will be an added advantage</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality industry accounting</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
