Join our growing team that supports US-based clients with full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll services.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable:<ul><li>Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations</li><li>Maintain vendor records and respond to payment queries</li></ul>Accounts Receivable:<ul><li>Create and send invoices, manage collections, and apply receipts</li><li>Perform AR reconciliations and aging analysis</li></ul>Payroll:<ul><li>Process end-to-end US payroll on platforms like Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks</li><li>Handle payroll taxes, benefits, and compliance reporting</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in AP, AR, or Payroll (US clients preferred)</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)</li><li>Strong Excel and communication skills</li><li>Willing to work in US time zones</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Package &amp; performance bonuses</li><li>Opportunity to work with US CPA firms and CFOs</li><li>Career growth in a fast-expanding outsourcing environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
