Join our growing team that supports US-based clients with full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll services.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintain vendor records and respond to payment queries

Accounts Receivable:

• Create and send invoices, manage collections, and apply receipts
• Perform AR reconciliations and aging analysis

Payroll:

• Process end-to-end US payroll on platforms like Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks
• Handle payroll taxes, benefits, and compliance reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 3–4 years of experience in AP, AR, or Payroll (US clients preferred)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Willing to work in US time zones
