A deep understanding of automotive roles and industry standards is essential.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs across technical, production, sales, engineering, and support roles.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles in manufacturing, R&amp;D, supply chain, quality, and dealership operations.</li><li>Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews.</li></ul>Education: Graduation.Only experienced candidates can apply.
