HR Recruiter

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter with proven experience in the automobile industry to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. A deep understanding of automotive roles and industry standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs across technical, production, sales, engineering, and support roles.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles in manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, quality, and dealership operations.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews.

Education: Graduation.
