If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with sample collection, preparation, and processing in the laboratory setting to ensure accurate testing results.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining testing procedures, and guiding clients through our services.</li><li>Promote and sell laboratory services and products to customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.</li><li>Record detailed documentation of tests performed, samples received, and sales transactions with precision.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet quality standards.</li><li>Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when restocking is needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable.</li><li>Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures or technical environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.</li><li>Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to assisting customers and supporting team goals.
