PART TIME - LAB TECH/SALES REP

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample collection, preparation, and processing in the laboratory setting to ensure accurate testing results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining testing procedures, and guiding clients through our services.
• Promote and sell laboratory services and products to customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Record detailed documentation of tests performed, samples received, and sales transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet quality standards.
• Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when restocking is needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures or technical environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
